Order Processing and Lead Time
- 🕒Delivery Time: Goods are delivered within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation. The exact date depends on order time and address.
- 🕑Order Time: Orders placed after 14:00 are processed starting from the next business day.
- ⚠️Exceptions: If the order contains fresh products requiring special conditions, the delivery period may be extended.

The day before planned delivery, by 22:00, you will receive an SMS message with a precise 30-minute time slot for the arrival of the courier.
